How long does it take to get a site live?
Most agents are live within 24 hours of completing onboarding. The five-minute form captures the essentials, our AI builds your bio, service pages, and market pages, and you review and approve before publishing. No design calls, no proofs.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Everything is edited in a plain web interface — content blocks, listings, blog posts, contact details. If you can use Google Docs or LoopNet, you can run a MemmoCRE site.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Professional and Premium. Bring your existing domain or buy a new one — we handle DNS, automatic SSL, and the redirect from your old site if you have one.
Where does the data on my market pages come from?
Public sources — US Census, Bureau of Labor Statistics, county GIS, permits, public sale records, news. We do not need your CoStar or other proprietary subscriptions. See our blog post for the full breakdown.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel any time from your dashboard. Your site stays live through the end of the paid period, after which it goes into a read-only export window so you can pull all your content. Your data is yours.
Do you handle Google Business Profile sync?
Yes. Connect your GBP on Professional and Premium plans and we automatically post listing updates, market reports, and blog posts to keep your profile active. AI review responses are included on Premium.
